Like the sun we will live to rise

It’s funny, I’m nervous for normal job interviews, but when I have to drive an hour to the interview for the job that is like 15 minutes away I start flipping up and end up being ready to go like more than half an hour before it would be reasonable to leave. Still not sure why they couldn’t hold interviews a bit closer, especially when there is no guarantee that driving out there is going to get you the job. It does make me wonder if anyone that got called for an interview responded with “errr no.” when they were asked to make the drive. Note to interviewer, tell the person they’ll need to drive an hour to the location before you set up the date and time.
